We now feel a sense of peace
We sometimes put off things that are necessary until we’re reminded. My reminder came when I was preparing to go into the hospital for surgery and was asked if I had an updated will. My husband and I had a lot of questions and Stephanie answered every one of them. She is so personable, professional and thorough. We now feel a sense of peace. As a Realtor, I often tell clients that owning a home is a great responsibility. Having a current will is one way to ensure that investment is passed on.
Personification of professionalism and expertise
My experience with the law firm Graham Estate Planning was personification of professionalism and expertise. Ms. Stephanie Graham’s expertise and legal knowledge of estate planning made me feel comfortable and well informed of the actions I was about to make. I now have peace of mind knowing that my Will, Power of Attorney and Advanced Directives are completed.
I highly recommend Ms Graham and her team for your Will and Healthcare Directives, you will not be disappointed.
Working with Stephanie was such a relief and a fulfilling experience
I’ve made a career of fighting for social justice and understand how important it is to responsibly pass down generational wealth. It’s part of our legacy. Going through the estate planning process was something that I had wanted to do for years. I expected it to be difficult. Working with Stephanie was such a relief and a fulfilling experience. She was totally top-notch, from start to finish.
Stephanie is very cordial and attentive
My wife survived a head-on collision with a drunk driver. That experience made us more aware of having our affairs in order. Our attorney recommended we get a new will, since ours was about 25 years old, and referred us to Stephanie. Stephanie is very cordial and attentive. She asked detailed questions and did an excellent job. Our end-of-life planning included buying two burial plots and paying for my funeral costs. It feels good to know all that is taken care of and we won’t be a burden to our family.
Stephanie is very knowledgeable, professional and personable
Most people don’t realize how difficult it can be when you die with no will or one that’s outdated. Children may fight over your assets and the government might get way more than they should. My husband and I last had our wills written 30 years ago, when our son was just a baby, so we were way overdue. When we met with Stephanie, she clearly explained everything to us. She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. You never know when it’s your time to go and we feel relieved that we finally got this done.
Stephanie was always available and responsive and very sensitive to the situation
Right after my mother passed away, my brother died. He had the power of attorney. I lived out of town and the courts were closed because of COVID-19. My mother’s estate attorney, Stephanie Graham, kept me calm and steadfastly worked toward settling the estate. She was always available and responsive and very sensitive to the situation. Plus, she didn’t ‘nickel and dime me’ like some attorneys do. The court clerk was even impressed by how engaged she was on my behalf.
Recommend Stephanie to anyone who needs estate planning
My mother lived in Florida and she wanted to revise her will and trust so it would transfer to Georgia law since my brother and I lived here. Her bank highly recommended Stephanie and now I know why. Stephanie is so smart, driven and caring. She welcomed all our questions and concerns and, even though she was busy, she was always available. When my mom passed away, she helped me follow through to settle her estate. Now, I’m highly recommending Stephanie to anyone who needs estate planning.
