With her focus on professionalism in the legal industry and support for her community, Attorney Graham was appointed to serve as a Member at Large on the Atlanta Bar Association LRIS Board of Trustees for two consecutive years, commencing on June 1st, 2021.
The mission of the Atlanta Bar Association is to promote professionalism and the fair administration of justice in our community and to provide programs and benefits which serve our diverse membership. The mission of the Atlanta Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service is to provide and promote access to the legal system through an organized referral service and grant program.
As a result of her dedication, diligence, and heart for her clients, Attorney Graham was recently appointed as a Fulton County Probate Court Administrator.
When a Fulton County Probate estate comes before the judge and the heirs cannot agree on distribution of the estate, a court administrator is appointed to get the job done and move the estate along. With her proven track record, Attorney Graham is one administrator you want in your corner!
A graduate of City University of New York and Duquesne University School of Law, Stephanie P. Graham, Esq. has more than 20 years of practicing law under her belt, and is licensed in Georgia, New Jersey and New York. For the past 5+ years, she has been located in the Sandy Springs area of metro Atlanta. Attorney Graham’s experience includes prosecuting felonies, working with anti-trust, construction, business tort, trademark infringement, business law and more. But, it’s her passion for helping businesses and individuals protect their legacy that’s led her to zero-in on all facets of estate planning.
With a pre-law background in banking, and personal experience dealing with family members who passed without a solid estate plan, Stephanie has seen (and felt) first-hand the complicated, painful ramifications of an estate plan’s absence following an untimely death or unfortunate accident.
It’s now her mission to bring estate planning to the masses because planning for tomorrow and preparing for the future is not a luxury solely afforded to the wealthy or for those seasoned in years – it’s for everyone.
When she doesn’t have her sleeves rolled up finding solutions and planning for her clients, Stephanie has them rolled up in service to her community. Together with her daughter, the mother-daughter duo volunteers with numerous non-profit organizations throughout the City of Sandy Springs.
